Orders, Returns and Shipping Policy

At Obviously Apparel, we believe your online shopping experience should be enjoyable, simple and successful.

To that end, we have designed our ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.


We accept several payment methods including all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay and PayPal.

Shipping & Orders

Shipping Costs: FREE for orders over $95 US Dollars (USD);  the shipping cost will be calculated during checkout as it is determined based on the weight of your order.

Shipping: Worldwide express courier delivery sent from the European Union (Bulgaria)

Order Fulfillment: 24 hours - Monday to Friday (Please note this can be extended during Sale periods or other high volume periods)

Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after order fulfillment

Tracking Number: Sent to the customer within 24 hours of shipping


Shipping & Handling

Please note that Obviously Apparel will not be held responsible for any customs/taxes/duties that may be payable in certain countries – as these are beyond our control and the responsibility of the customer. If you are not sure if your country has any, we advise you to contact your local customs office and find out.

Obviously Apparel is not liable for any losses incurred in situations where the order is undeliverable following multiple delivery attempts. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery can be made to the address provided during the ordering process. The customer is responsible for any loss incurred due to the destruction of the order by the delivery service in the event of the order being deemed undeliverable by the delivery service.

Additionally, once the package has been successfully delivered as per the information provided by our delivery service, Obviously Apparel assumes no responsibility for any subsequent loss or damage, including theft or misplacement. Customers are advised to ensure secure delivery locations and take necessary precautions to avoid package theft post-delivery. Please note that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed for goods that have been successfully delivered and subsequently stolen or misplaced.

Estimated delivery times are for items we have in stock, from the date of shipment, provided no problems occur with your local customs office.

Please note: Obviously Apparel reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. While we ensure that all orders are processed within the specified time frame, any delays incurred during shipping are beyond our control.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will contact you with the option of either amending your order, or shipping products immediately and the remaining balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). We may also elect to refund you for the items that we cannot provide.

Order Status & Returns

Obviously Apparel will only make a refund where we are unable to fulfill your order due to insufficient stock, so please select carefully before purchasing.

Due to local Health Regulations regarding health and hygiene, Obviously Apparel will not accept any refunds or returns for:

incorrect product selections

(e.g. “I ordered the wrong size/style”; “I tried it on and it doesn’t fit”; "I tried 1 pair and they are too small, can I return the rest which are unopened", etc)

or change of mind

(e.g “I have changed my mind since I placed the order”; “It’s not what I was hoping for”; 'they are not what I thought they would be", etc).

Once the product has been shipped to you, we will not accept it’s return under any circumstance to ensure the health and safety of our warehouse staff.

If you realise that you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately via email (not via social media) and we may be able to correct your order. Please note that we process orders daily, and once the order has been picked, packed and/or shipped we are unable to assist you with any correction.
