To make a claim, please carefully read the Greatest Guarantee Terms below and send an email to webshop@obviouslyapparel.com

Ensure you include in the email:

  • The email address associated with the order (if not the same as the sending account).
  • Your order number
  • Date of the order
  • A description of any issues you experienced with the underwear, accompanied by high-resolution images of any problem areas

We will confirm the details and issue you with a refund for the value of the garment. It’s that simple.

Greatest Guarantee Terms

  • To be eligible to make a Greatest Guarantee claim the underwear must have been purchased directly from the obviouslyapparel.com website. No 3rd party purchases will be accepted.
  • The Greatest Guarantee only applies to the very first pair of Obviously Apparel underwear you buy, if you’ve ordered from us in the past, you will not be eligible.
  • The guarantee is only available on 1 product per person purchased directly from our website. Additional garments purchased as part of your first order will not be covered by the guarantee.
  • To be eligible for a claim under our Greatest Guarantee you must contact us on the email address listed above within 30 days of placing your order.
  • The refund only applies to the cost of the garment itself. You will not be refunded any shipping fees paid.
  • The guarantee is only available on PrimeMan and EliteMan products.
  • Once details have been confirmed, the refund will be issued back to you using the same method that you paid. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • The Greatest Guarantee does not impact on a customers ability to make a claim under our Defective Garment Policy.
